Scripty is currently in Private Beta. The service is provided “as-is” for testing purposes. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or feature availability. Your data may be deleted or reset without notice.

2. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the scripts and content you upload to Scripty. We do not claim ownership of your work. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montoro6 Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, usage, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
